Shipping & Returns

Shipping to the United Kingdom:

We offer free UK standard delivery for all orders within the UK.  Items will be sent via Evri tracked postage.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

We offer express delivery on items that do not have a lead-time to produce. There is a fee for this service and will be delivered in 1-2 days, sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hours.  A signature will be required to receive the package. The fee for this service is £5.50.

Shipping to the rest of World:

We offer a flat rate of £25 for International Shipping.  

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to give us the correct postage address. If it is given incorrectly and this results in the parcel being lost or undelivered, we will not refund the order unless it finds its way back to us. 


Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund.  We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (including Sample Sale)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Sample Sale - Each style is individually priced, non-refundable, and non-returnable so please ensure you’re happy with the sizing and style before you purchase.  Please note that no discounts can be used on these purchases.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

What to do if your parcel doesn't arrive.

All parcels are sent via a Royal Mail tracked delivery service.  You will always be given a tracking number when we email you to let you know that your parcel is on its way.  If you do not receive your parcel and you have tracked it via the Royal Mail website, please wait 10 working days before contacting us.  

In the unlikely event that our courier does not deliver your parcel or the item is damaged, you must notify us within 4 weeks of the order date, and subject to verifying with the courier we will arrange a replacement to be sent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note: You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.
