Selling your preloved items:
- Email clear photos of your The Faraway Gang knitwear to sally@thefarawaygang.com including size and general condition.
- We will review your photos and agree in writing acceptance or rejection of the garment.
- An amount of store credit will be agreed dependant on the condition of the garment.
- Cash will not be offered instead of store credit.
- Postage will be paid by The Faraway, max amount £5.
- A prepaid postage label will be emailed to you once the garment has been agreed to be accepted by The Faraway Gang.
- Postage will not be paid by The Faraway Gang without approval in writing (via email) to accept the garment.
- Please note that we cannot accept any garments that have been shrunk in the washing machine.
- If your item has a hole in it or needs repair in some way to make it eligible for the preloved edit, please still get in touch as we may be able to fix it!
Buying preloved items:
- Note that no discounts can be used on preloved items.
- All preloved items are non-refundable.
- Standard UK postage is included in all prices.
